Buying real estate is an exciting experience. Choosing the perfect neighborhood, the perfect home and getting it for a great price all play important parts in the decision process.
Every buyer has different needs and goals. For some, it’s finding a home that meets all their needs within a budget. For others, it’s to get the best deal and the return on their investment. For some, it’s a little bit of both.
Choosing an agent to represent you is just as important as choosing the property. An agent should be knowledgeable, accessible, an aggressive negotiator, honest, loyal, friendly and most important, informative.
We cannot all be experts in every area of life. That’s why working with me will open your eyes to investment strategies that will play a huge role in the return you receive for your investment.
I am a “Realtor,” not a “Real Estate Agent.” Did you know there is a difference? A Realtor is licensed by the Department of Real Estate, highly educated, required to take on-going educational courses, a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors. A Real Estate Agent is just licensed by the Department of Real Estate.
When choosing an agent, make sure you pick the best! There are many discount brokers available who will not protect your best interest. If someone is willing to discount their services, think twice about how much pride they really take in their profession.
As both a buyer’s agent and seller’s agent, I am in this for the long haul. I do not want to sell you something that will not be a good short-term or long-term investment. Re-selling your property in the future for top dollar is best for all of us.
