To begin, I procured Amber's services after interviewing no less than 4 other realtors. She was professional, knowledgeable and had a resume in the industry that was second to none. I felt comfortable with Amber and left the sale of my parents home and the place were I grew up in her capable hands. Amber was punctual, informed me every step of the way on the status of our sale and began entertaining clients almost immediately. She was able to negotiate several offers and even after some did not come to fruition she would adjust, devise a alternate strategy and yes, complete the sale in a timely manner. I would also like to acknowledge members of the Bunch Realty team. Joe Chambliss was just an extra added value. The Zillow listing with excellent photos of the house was very impressive. Very professionally done. Joe was responsible, responsive to my needs and kept me informed on items that needed to be addressed and was definitely instrumental in finalizing the sale. Candice Cap provided exceptional assistance with all of my DocuSign events and was always there to answer question about the Sellers questionnaire and many other questions that I just didn't know how to respond to. Her knowledge was evident and proved to be instrumental in relieving my anxiety which made this ability to complete the process a smooth one.
